Dr. Ana Maria Irueste-Montes , is a psychologist and a personal and executive coach. She is a faculty member at the College of Executive Coaching. Dr. Montes worked as an adjunct staff for the Center for Creative Leadership for seven years.
She has extensive experience utilizing assessment instruments and offers a holistic, value-based approach to coaching. Dr. Montes has a deep commitment to helping those in leadership positions treat their members and themselves with dignity and respect.
Dr. Montes received her masters and Ph.D. from the University of Kansas. She co-authored the chapter Coaching Women in Business in Bruce Peltier’s book The Psychology of Executive Coaching. As a bilingual, bicultural coach she has helped executives in three Continents.
