Patricia Schwartz is a Professional Certified Coach, master trainer, and facilitator. She brings over 35 years of experience in leadership development and organizational development across sectors. She has designed and led a wide range of seminars, trainings, team coaching sessions, and retreats.
Ms. Schwartz is a strengths-based coach, specializing in the positive engagement of all stakeholders for organizational thriving. She has worked with over 3,500 leaders, including from Anthem, DreamWorks, Mayo Clinic, US Navy, University of CA, University of Chicago and Verizon. She is certified in numerous assessments.
Ms. Schwartz holds an M.A. in International Administration and a B.A. in the French language. She speaks Spanish conversationally and is fluent in French. She has published a Management Certificate Program curriculum for the University of Massachusetts. She holds an Executive Coaching certificate from the College of Executive Coaching.
